Privacy

Data we use

Your Google or Apple account provides an account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when available. We store the trips you create or join, posts, chosen trip images, invitations, memberships, confirmations, and related timestamps.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, we store an Expo push token, a random device identifier, your platform, and whether notification previews are shown. Expo, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Apple Push Notification service deliver notifications.

How we use data

We use this data only to provide sign-in, trips, invitations, posts, confirmations, images, notifications, account security, and support.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, file storage, and server functions. Expo and the platform push services deliver notifications. Google and Apple provide native sign-in. Cloudflare hosts our public pages and invitation-link handoff. We do not sell personal data or use advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data we do not collect

Yeah Nah does not upload your contacts or request access to phone numbers, SMS messages, location, microphone, or camera. You choose any trip image through the operating system picker.

Retention and deletion

App data is kept while your account exists or while needed to operate the service. Delete account permanently removes your profile and associated app data, including hosted trips and images. Service providers may retain limited security and delivery logs under their own retention policies.

Your choices

You can disable notifications in system settings, hide post text from notification previews, sign out, or permanently delete your account from the account menu.
