What to include

Tell us whether you use Android or iOS, what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you did just before it happened. Screenshots help when they do not show private trip information.

Keep credentials private

Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, private keys, access tokens, or unaccepted invitation links. We will never ask for your Google or Apple password.

Account deletion

Open your avatar menu and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and associated app data. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with the account.
